​Rocco Coniglio brings over 20 years of expertise in the healthcare industry, having launched his career post-MBA at McKesson. He has served in key roles with companies like Gambro, Medtronic, Spectranetics, and Philips Healthcare, where his skills spanned sales, business development, product launches, and clinical education in diverse medical specialties. In 2015, he co-founded a healthcare services company focused on mental health in long-term care, which he grew from a self-funded startup to an eight-figure private equity exit within four years, delivering a 6x return to investors.

As President and Board member of the acquiring firm, Rocco led a turnaround generating a $20 million net positive impact. His leadership positions have included CEO, Board Chairman, President, Chief Revenue Officer, and Board member, with a profound foundation in finance, strategy, and business development.

Lauren Fielder earned her J.D. with Honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2001 and an LL.M. in Latin American and International Law from The University of Texas School of Law in 2007. She has played active roles in legal academia and professional associations, including leadership positions within the Association of American Law Schools.

 

Lauren has over two decades of experience as an attorney and law professor, teaching a wide range of subjects including international law and human rights. She has published extensively on topics such as African law and the restitution of Holocaust looted art. Lauren is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Luzern, focusing on African constitutional law. Her career is marked by a dedication to legal education and the resolution of complex legal challenges.

Nicole Coniglio, co-founded Psych360, where she leveraged her extensive operational and clinical expertise to drive the company’s growth and success. Currently, she brings her wealth of experience to Red Rock Capital, where she plays a critical role in strategic decision-making and operational management.

 

Nicole is Board Certified in Acute Care and Psychiatric Mental Health Care, qualifications that underscore her deep commitment to improving patient outcomes and healthcare delivery systems. Her career spans several leadership positions including President, Board Member, Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), and Chief Operating Officer (COO) across multiple healthcare organizations. In these roles, she has been instrumental in shaping clinical practices, enhancing patient care protocols, and leading operational excellence.

Jack Angell is a current sophomore at Northeastern University, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Data Science.​ His work at Red Rock includes administrative support for the firm's operations.

Jack has previous work experience at a manufacturing firm, where he played a rotational role covering operations, IT, bookkeeping, and marketing.

He also has on-campus experience researching and pitching publicly traded companies, consulting, developing web applications, and fundraising.

 

He intends to transfer analytical abilities stemming from a technical background to financial applications such as banking and/or private equity.

Adam has spent his career partnering with businesses to build and expand their financial operations. Starting out in growth equity at Physician Growth Partners, he specialized in operating healthcare businesses. He then held the Interim FP&A Manager position at Illinois Dermatology Institute, where he built out the finance structure.

 

Adam holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University - Bloomington. Adam also has Bachelors in Accounting and Technology Management from Kelley, and is a registered CPA in Illinois.

Most recently, Adam was a Vice President at Accordion. He worked hand-in-hand with management teams to develop strategic objectives and professionalize businesses.

He also consulted for distressed companies, executing turnaround plans and managing liquidity during cash constraints.

Jimmy specializes in demand generation and proprietary deal sourcing at our firm, excelling in identifying and securing high-upside, challenging deals that significantly enhance our investment portfolio. His professional roots are in the fitness industry, influenced by his family’s entrepreneurial spirit, notably his uncle, who established the first World Gym franchise in Ohio in 1982. This background instilled in him a strong work ethic and an understanding of the risks in business.

 

In 2015, Jimmy transitioned to the IT sector, managing complex software deals with Fortune 500 companies, gaining invaluable insights into business drivers for large capital projects. Inspired by his family, he joined our team to pursue opportunities that align with his dedication to resilience and growth, focusing on deals that are not only lucrative but also notably challenging to secure.
