We have sat in every seat at the table. As entrepreneurs we gone from a dream, to a start up, to the first employee, to the first million in revenue, to a decade in business, and on to a PE exit. Each milestone bringing with it a new set of opportunities to chase and challenges to overcome.

After exiting our business, we decided we wanted to be the investor we wish we had. As operators we know what it takes, and as investors we know what it needs. We are honored to partner with lower middle market founders and CEOs, providing resources to position the company for the next phase of growth.

We also come alongside organizations as advisors to help grow and scale businesses beyond their existing capacity. With over 10 years in the trenches building an 8-figure business, some of our clients need our help more than capital. We are privileged to link arms with these visionaries and support them on their journey.

Investment Strategy

We look for visionary founders and brilliant CEOs running stable, cash-flowing, lower middle-market companies in need of a growth partner to reach the next level. 
​
Our investment focus is on mature businesses within the continental U.S. that have a proven track record of positive earnings and robust cash generation characteristics. We are specifically interested in companies that report an EBITDA between $1 million and $7 million.

 

Our target sectors include:

  • Healthcare—excluding pharmaceuticals and life sciences—along with

  • Health & Wellness

  • Fitness

  • Defense and small arms

 

We will consider other industries on a case-by-case basis. Ideally, these businesses will either have a strong management team already in place or a primary owner looking to de-risk while continuing to operate the business for the foreseeable future and collaborate on a succession plan.
